Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Digital Goods

Veeb.ai provides access to high-performance cloud computing and generative AI models. Unlike physical goods, the computing power used to generate images, videos, or code is consumed immediately upon your request and incurs irrevocable costs from our infrastructure providers.

General Rule: Due to the nature of these digital assets and computational costs, all purchases are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise below.

2. Product-Specific Policies

One-Time Credit Packs

Purchases of Credit Packs are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account balance.
Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active (or for 12 months from purchase, whichever comes first).
Unused credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other users.

Recurring Subscriptions

Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time via your account settings.
Access Continues: Upon cancellation, you retain access to your plan features until the end of the current billing cycle.
No Pro-Rata Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or unused time.

3. Exceptions & Billing Errors

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy for standard use, we are committed to fairness. We will issue a full refund in the following specific scenarios:

Duplicate Charges: If a technical error causes you to be billed twice for the same transaction.
Platform Outage: If our service was demonstrably unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours during your subscription period.

To request a refund for these specific reasons, please contact support@veeb.ai within 7 days of the transaction.

Note on Quality: Refunds are not granted based on dissatisfaction with the creative style or quality of the AI generation. Generative AI is probabilistic; trial and error is part of the process and consumes credits.

4. Notice for EU/EEA Customers

By purchasing digital credits or a subscription on Veeb.ai and clicking “Pay” or “Subscribe”, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal from the contract once the download or streaming of the digital content has begun.
